Have to admit, did not read it through, but wanted to keep and look back at. Thought it was really well done.
Someone asked me why I believe God must exist. I’ll say right off, this won’t be for everyone. The request came from a comment I made that having been a math major in college and spending 35 years in the computer industry, it’s safe to say that I think logically. And, that even though I didn’t want to, I came to the conclusion that God must exist. So if you’re not into math, this may not get your interest. On the other hand – I’ve been told that it’s possible to skim through the math parts and still get the concepts. (If you’re reading this, Hi again! to ServingJesusHere)

Thanks for the reblog. I’d be interested to see what you think after having a chance to go through more thoroughly. Prayer for the person for whom it was written would be good too. He (or she – don’t know which) is still in the asking questions phase. thanks!!

Uhmmmm??? I get it, I know that basing your faith on “proofs”, statistics, history, archaelology, etc is not where you want someone to be. But I did think it was interesting in terms of a sense, that only an infinite God could have created an infinite universe, the infinity of all creation, eternity. I will read through and I appreciate hearing from you and holding me accountable. God bless.

Agreed – that’s not a good way to know what God says to us, wants from us, wants for us, Etc. That’s in the Bible. My goal was to show that we all believe in and rely on all sorts of things that – if we really thought about it – our brains would tell us were impossible. Given that, believing in the God that we Christians believe in – maybe it’s not as far-fetched and fairytale like as some would claim.
More and more scientist are coming to see that God has to be behind everything he’s created. But we just don’t hear very much about them.
